Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

If the item you received is:

• Incorrect compared to your order

4. Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different product or replacement item, the easiest solution is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the product you prefer

6. European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

• The item must remain unused and undamaged
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

This right is provided in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.


7. Refund Processing

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If the return is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact our support team.


8. Return Shipping Address

A return authorization and return label from Purentra is required before sending any item back.
