Every order placed with Purentra is carefully prepared before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.
High-Volume Periods
During holidays or major shopping events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order, regardless of the delivery location.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your region and the fulfillment center shipping your order.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and shipping details.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
If tracking updates appear delayed, your shipment is likely still moving through the carrier’s network.
4. Customs & Import Responsibilities
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections depending on the destination country.
Orders are typically shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means:
• Import duties or taxes imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility
• Purentra cannot control customs processing times
• Customs delays may extend delivery timeframes
In many cases, smaller household products are not subject to significant import charges, but policies vary by region.
5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests
To ensure orders are shipped quickly, processing begins soon after purchase.
If you need to update your shipping information or request an order cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications may no longer be possible.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will work to resolve shipping issues whenever possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Packages Lost During Transit
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
